Facebook is a great platform for angry consumers trying to get back at companies. A nice example of this is the Swedish group “Det bottenlösa hatet mot ICA S:t Eriksplan”, which have actually joined myself. The group, which translates “the infinite hate against ICA S:t Eriksplan”gathers about 60 80 angry shoppers of a local supermarket in Stockholm that, well, sucks badly. What’s also interesting is that quite a few ex-employees of the supermarket have joined this group.
ICA (pronounced ee-kah) is the largest supermarket chain in Sweden, partially owned by Dutch holding group Ahold.
