The people have spoken.
Svenska Dagbladet, a Swedish newspaper, provides another excellent example of how angry consumers that organise themselves on Facebook can create media attention. The latest example involves SL, the Stockholm Transport authorities, that are deciding to cancel train and underground services after midnight on weekdays. What’s striking here is the short amount of time it takes to organise people. The Facebook group managed to bring together 4,000 souls in five days. Not bad.
I hope to see more of these types of Consumer-driven dialogues.
