Yesterday was my last day at the branding agency I’ve been with for the last three plus years. My ex-boss Erik and the good folks at IK Stockholm got me this amazing Rega P1 turntable, a Pro-Ject RIAA-preamp and David Sylvian’s Secrets of the Beehive album. Now, that’s what I call a farewell gift!

So, besides a new workplace starting Monday, I’ve now taken the baby steps into the esoteric world of vinyl records and hi-fi. And yes, it does sound a lot better than CDs.

I think I will get Violator and Boy with the arab strap today.
