Self-promo is tough.

Take a look around at self-promo ads made by famous agencies and you'll find that most of the stuff really suck. And it's not strange, because making a self-promo campaign for the agency is like performing open-heart surgery on your own child – it's emotionally challenging and there's no room for failure. That's why I'm really admiring those agencies that do manage to pull off really good advertising for themselves. Some favorites:
